Benefits of Massage

There are many physical and emotional benefits of massage. Physically, massage is able to alleviate pain, increase joint flexibility and improve range of motion after an injury or overuse during daily activities. Regular massages can also prevent injury or alleviate chronic pain by relaxing and softening injured, tired, and overused muscles.

Providing wellness to our clients.

The psychological and emotional benefits of massage are just as important, sometimes more so than the physical. Studies show that most of our stresses, up to 90%, can manifest in physical pain. Massage decreases anxiety thereby leading to enhanced sleep quality, greater energy and reduced fatigue.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy is a low-level laser therapy that delivers red and near-infrared light to areas of your body. In doing this, it helps regenerate (or grow back) cells, restore cell function and trigger blood flow. In turn, this helps to heal and relieve pain. Red Light Therapy has also shown to help with the anti aging process.
